MOSCOW, Nov 19 (PRIME) -- The Russian communications service has demanded Google lift restrictions on YouTube channel “Ñîëîâüåâ LIVE” of journalist Vladimir Solovyov, it said late on Wednesday in a statement.
The channel’s video materials have not been tagged Trending on YouTube since October, like before.
“Such a situation can be interpreted as an effort of the YouTube administration to limit distribution of the materials of the popular Russian author and obstructs growth of his audience,” the authority said.
The watchdog said YouTube must respect the Russian law.
